Anybody from the TEAM? No solutions for my sync for 60 days, i would like items synced !
Hello!I am hippostcard user "tirostore" I am absolutelly desperate! I been a member of hippostcard since day one!
So what is my issue: I have a store with more than 300.000 items that work
via ebay sync!
In late March i saw that i have 500.000 item on hipp so some items were doubled by hipp
After a chat with LALA from customer service and she gave me solution that didn't work
So i had to close all my auction and do the sync again!
So in 6th April the sync was supposed to start! after more than 2 weeks the number of items
imported was 145000 so less than 50% of my items! I was still charged a full Premium subscription despite benefiting for the month of
april of a Featured store at most! Finally i go a 30$ credit instead of the 70$ difference from Premium to Featured
I continued to ask customer service to complete my sync! Since than nothing happened, and LALA from customer service
passed my emails and the in last one she said i will get them all sync and i will have a credit !
Nothing, and also my sales with only 45% of the items online are very bad! My shop cannot workd on Hipp with 45%
I am absolutelly hopeless and thiking about quiting HIPP after all these years!
I disabled my store and i am waiting for a real answer!
I think this is such a bad customer service for more than 45 days to be delayed and treated bad!I
