Credit card problems

I can't seem to use my credit card to purchase items. Every time I go to check out it says the server cannot process due to some PayPal issue. I choose the credit/debit option, but for some reason, it thinks I want to use PayPal. I have even gone in and re-inserted all of my info in hopes it will solve the issue. I don't have an active PayPal account and only use my credit card for purchases. Is the credit/debit option only there for show? I haven't been able to purchase anything from this site an am profoundly frustrated. If I cannot resolve this issue there is no reason for me to keep getting e-mails from them.

Hi Tim - A similar issue was had by a buyer over at the HipStamp site. The link to the thread that includes a possible solution from the site Administrator, Mark, can be read therein. In the meantime, you should also open up a ticket by clicking on the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of this page, under 'Help.' The staff here are very responsive to any and all issues that arise.
