Seller should know that this card was finally recv'd on 11/6/23 within an envelope that had the correct name & mailing address for me. The envelope has a postmark date of 10/17/23. On 10/25/23 in response for feedback, I advised that card had not been recv'd as of that time & was promptly refunded the full cost. Obviously, the card was mailed promptly & I never requested a refund, hoping the card would be delivered - and it was. Where it had been for 3 wks I do not know! I am prepared to pay for card. just let me know how. Thank you! - Roland
