Positive Feedback Automatically Left After 45 days

Unfortunately, there was no product to review. The item was was supposedly mailed on 11/28. I was told there was no tracking number to track my order and that the hope is I receive it any day. I have had to follow up several times regarding the messages and updates. Unfortunately, no one has answers and there is no way to track the post card. I'm aware of the time of year, but the seller is in Maryland. I could have driven the 3 hours and picked it up. Unless the item was shipped Pony Express, I do not think I'm getting the item or that it's a legitimate company. Very disappointed with the customer service and the system.
