Payments:
- All purchases are required to be paid in full before any order is processed
- All payments are required to be processed via PayPal - NO alternate methods will be considered
Order Processing:
- All purchases will be processed within 2 business days
- Please provide us with a valid mailing address to avoid any shipping delays, including a valid zip code, preferably with the 4 digit extension; ex. 94947-4119
Returns:
- While we are confident you will be happy with your purchase we do offer a 60-Calendar Day Return Policy on all purchases with the requirement that the Buyer Pays Any / All Return Shipping Costs
- Your return shipping costs will not be reimbursed
- Upon receipt of the returned item an ADJUSTED refund of your purchase will be issued
- The ADJUSTED refund amount is calculated by taking the original net purchase price and SUBTRACTING the original shipping / handling fee(s) PLUS a 25% restocking fee
- No exceptions to this policy will be made
