NP94 This stunning antique illustrator postcard of Whitekirk also showing Binning Wood in the distance with farmers fields and sheep grazing etc is from Victorian born historic art illustrator RP Phillimore described as one of the greatest postcard artists of his time. It was published between 110-120 years ago origin used bar very small corner place in great condition.  RP Phillmore's postcards were notable for their distinctive sepia tone, delicate hand-coloring, and historical notes and have great unique character.  I am proud to offer one of the greatest RP Phillimore collections of its kind and please see all his other postcards at my store.
