Washington franklin stamp tied by 'r.F.D. / dec 24 1913 / forestville ny.' route 9 machine cancel. Richow only list 1910-1912 & 1915 for reported usages of route 9. Sent 1913, divided back with some gel cracking, top right corner crease, edge wear at bottom, corner bumping/wear & toning. Fair condition. (any lines on address side are from the scanner and not on the actual card.) base shipping is $2.00 domestic and $3.00 international. Purchases at/over $49.95 must be insured.
