Here for your consideration we have a genuine 1911 vintage John Winsch/ Samuel Schmucker Thanksgiving Postcard featuring the "Winsch Girl" (Samuel Schmucker's Wife) with a Thanksgiving harvest basket. This is the extremely rare Golden Series/Golden Edge version as opposed to the standard color version.The gold toned colors, high relief embossing and details in this card are simply fabulous. You can even see a subtle tinge of flush/rouge on her cheeks. Seldom seen in the wild, this card is in very fine unused/unposted condition and a must for the serious Schmucker collector.
