It was designed by the firm Snelling and Potter.Unknown publisher but the stamp box has an elaborate letter, perhaps W or M. Located " Made in Germany. "Jacksonville, Fla. " [on reverse]Size: 3-1/2 x 5-1/2 In an acid free sleeve.
