bg653 I know very little about this postcard only that it was published in 1980 and shows the campaign for Ocean Penny Postage reverse indicates this artwork from 1851 was used that year in a local exhibition - it states how these Victorian envelopes were sold at 2 shillings some 170 years ago and made in Dundee in Scotland so really expensive on their launch - It is unused and mint.
