Item Description

This Illustrated Real Estate Advertising Foldout was mailed from New York City to Brooklyn, New York in 1907 franked by a one-cent blue green Benjamin Franklin issue of 1903, Scott 300. The stamp is tied to the cover by a machine cancellation.

The ad folds out and includes two pictures: 'Steamboat Landing near our property at Freeport, Long Island' and 'One of the Streets Passing Through our Property.'

One printed section describes 'Beautiful Freeport' as 'The Garden Spot of Long Island.'

Offered by the 'Charles A. Sigmond Realty Company,' the unused return for more information 'Post Card' offers to send a booklet describing the properties as well as 'Free Railroad Tickets.'
