Moubray House Crafts Shop Plaque Edinburgh Phillimore Old Postcard

BG667x This stunning antique illustrator postcard of Moubray House at Edinburgh showing a crafts makers shop (but blurred what the shop owner is the "maker" of from his shop front) and detailing the 15th Century Plaque is from Victorian born historic art illustrator RP Phillimore described as one of the greatest postcard artists of his time. It was published between 110-120 years ago origin unused and mint .  RP Phillmore's postcards were notable for their distinctive sepia tone, delicate hand-coloring, and historical notes and have great unique character.  I am proud to offer one of the greatest RP Phillimore collections of its kind and please see all his other postcards at my store.
