BG666x This stunning antique illustrator postcard of Moray House at Edinburgh with accompanying details of the local Medieval Countess who arranged its building back in 1633 is from Victorian born historic art illustrator RP Phillimore described as one of the greatest postcard artists of his time. It was published between 110-120 years ago origin unused and mint .  RP Phillmore's postcards were notable for their distinctive sepia tone, delicate hand-coloring, and historical notes and have great unique character.  I am proud to offer one of the greatest RP Phillimore collections of its kind and please see all his other postcards at my store.
