NP85 This stunning antique illustrator postcard of an Airship flying over boats in the waters at Inchkeith is from Victorian born historic art illustrator RP Phillmore described as one of the greatest postcard artists of his time. It was published approx 120 years ago origin and with lifted reverse to please allow where residue remains from album page otherwise very good condition  R.P. Phillmore's postcards were notable for their distinctive sepia tone, delicate hand-coloring, and historical notes and have great unique character.  I am proud to offer one of the greatest RP Phillimore collections of its kind and please see all his other postcards at my store. This card seems unavailable anywhere on the web.
