CHAU1649  This is a specialist collectors opportunity to secure this original 1972 hand signed A4 letter from Michael DeBakey direct from his offices at the Baylor College Of Medicine in Houston and on his official headed paper for the ultimate in lifetime COA reading how he has received the collectors correspondence and has enclosed the picture that was sent to him now hand signed, and has also personally autographed the letter.  I have scanned both together so you are seeing the 7" x 5" autographed picture placed on top of the official accompanying letter - but you can also view images 2 and 3 to see these both scanned separately.  Aside from the letter folded once where posted this is truly outstanding condition.  You will never find a better autograph opportunity for this world famous heart surgeon than an autograph on his official headed paper.
