zx618  Antique 1897 official letterheaded card receipt with 1897 postmark on reverse too from Heald Bros Crescent Cycle Works in Salford discussing new pedals for a bicycle and their charges - It also includes the postcard which the buyer returned to the cycle shop confirming them to proceed with the pedalwork dated 6th July 1897 and franked on the same date - You will see the sender was in London and had instructed the Salford repair centre to do the work so they were clearly one of their best from the late 1800s  - I have scanned both souvenirs and sides for your full examination (please see all images)  - Great condition too - Surely one of the earliest Manchester cycling transportation repair listings of its kind.
