This is by the much sought after Edwardian comic publishers RA Series (Regal Art) whose cards boasted the RA Series Logo on reverse reading "The Seal Of Artistic Excellence". It is unused and truly outstanding condition and surely one of the earliest nude tattoo comic postcards you will find.
