On the back is ROSSLYN PHOTO STUDIO 447 SO. MAIN ST. LOS ANGELES CALIF. printed---it is a DOPS card. My guess is a RACE IN LA won by the ROMANIAN and this is a PERSONALLY SIGNED CARD from the CHAMPION.
