John Harvard House Portrait Stratford On Avon Phillimore Rare Postcard

NP83x This stunning antique illustrator postcard of Harvard House with portrait of John Harvard too is from Victorian born historic art illustrator RP Phillimore described as one of the greatest postcard artists of his time. It was published approx 120 years ago origin and is great condition (ex minus). RP Phillmore's postcards were notable for their distinctive sepia tone, delicate hand-coloring, and historical notes and have great unique character.  I am proud to offer one of the greatest RP Phillimore collections of its kind and please see all his other postcards at my store. This has a beautiful small portrait of John Harvard and quotations from Twelfth Night.
