Japanese Model Carnival Flower Float Cherry Blossoms Driver Train Old Postcard

zx820 This postcard is absolutely fascinating - it is from Japan around 1910 and shows what seems two views of a toy train and model driver - My humble Japanese allows me to translate  the titled card as "Station" but I have no idea which - I can also see Hana (translates as flower and I think it is made up of cherry blossom flowers) - someone who can translate can work out the location. Lightly aged and small slight places but unused in otherwise mostly great condition (ex minus unused grading).  A local Japanese historian can surely reap the benefits of this listing and such a character postcard too.
