This is a very nice and rare original complete set of the 1939/1940 WHW door stickers.
In Nazi Germany, the Winterhilfswerk (Winter Charity Campaign or WHW) collection campaigns took place each winter for six months, between October 1933 and March 1940, to raise money for charitable purposes. It was common practice for those who collected the contributions to give donors a small memento as a gesture of appreciation for their contribution.
