Eclipse Minstrels Harwich Antique Entertainers 1908 Postcard

np101  Antique postcard from 1908 and I can only describe what I am seeking which is an African (or made to appear African) group of performers called The Eclipse Minstrels which was posted from Harwich and the reverse the sender asks if the recipient can see him on the front of the card - This could be a joke or he could be a performer and it would seem this band played at Harwich but again I can't be sure - please view both sides (image 2 added) - This has great character and could be Harwich local people as an evening entertainment troupe from 115 years ago ?
