Conservative MP Politics Military 2x Victorian Christies 2x Autograph

CHAU1659  Two antique 1800s autographs mounted (adhered so cannot be removed) onto backing paper both which needs research - one of an invitation declined from "Sir Stafford Northcote".. please check the handwriting as it is hard to read but I think this is what it says... he was the Conservative leader in the mid 1800s - the second is on official headed paper from 24 Hill Street Berkley Square from a famous Colonel (again whose writing I cannot read) - this address is Christies and this dates to around 175 years ago - has official headed paper logo too - further research is needed on both these signgings showing a little aging but allowing are otherwise excellent condition.
