PFAS04  Surely the earliest signed photo for Cilla Black available worldwide - this was published in Liverpool at the start of her career and reads on reverse "Cilla Black - Britains bright new beat songstress - The gal with the jet black voice" - has its lower border cut (see scan) so some of her name removed and sellotape on front so yellow strips otherwise overall good but as such my grading is fair - there are no handling impressions - You wont get an earlier autograph opportunity for Cilla than this listing.  NEMS enterprises are the publishers for the souvenir and if you search you will see they managed her during the very beginning of her signing career and even booklets of NEMS (without a signing) of Cilla sell for £75 and more.
