MG This undated but modern origin real photo postcard and I believe an award winner when taken in 2001 and shows Chechens Military Russian Refugee Camp which was a refugee camp for local Chechens who had fled the military and didnt want to partake in fighting which the photo shows the grim sombre tone of the camp with a vibrant bright orange jacket hanging which is to further emphasize the darkness of the camps surroundings the reverse has the photographer and its date location identification etc unused and pristine condition
