This is by the much sought after Edwardian comic publishers RA Series (Regal Art) whose cards boasted the RA Series Logo on reverse reading "The Seal Of Artistic Excellence". TIt has very light reverse ageing (mild) and just small places mostly great overall graded vg+ to ex minus unused condition and has great character.
