Well preserved. Post mark is easy to read, 'San José Cal., Jun 12, 7-9 pm, 1908. Sent to Mrs. Sherman Parnell, Oswego, Kansas.Message and all details on back are easy to read as well, a home sick message from Carrie and Henry. One cent stamp.
Front features a photo of the base of a tree named 'GIANT.' Printed message reads 'GIANT' BIG TREE NEAR SANTA CRUZ CALIFORNIA. 22 FEET DIAMETER. 305 FEET TALL. Nice photo for the time. Own a card that is 112 years old!
