c1916 Tour of United States On Post Cards Brochure Only Item Description: A Tour Of The United States On Post Cards. This c1916 four-panel fold-out brochure gives the postcard titles and captions; there are no images. There is an area for the presenter to write or stamp his name/organization but it is blank. It was common to provide 'lecture' presentations of post cards projected onto a screen at movie houses and meeting halls for small gatherings such as church groups etc; many times this was done by canvassers hoping to sell the cards and or projectors. There are no cards provided with this item. SIZE: 3-1/2 x 6 inch panels; open, it measures 14 x 6 and is printed on both sides. CONDITION: pulp paper is toned and has a total of 4 tiny nicks (roughly 1/8 inch) at top and bottom edges; the panels were not folded neatly.
