Birds eye view of the staten island ferry and battery park on antique postcard with rpo cancel

Here is a wonderful old view of battery park and the staten island ferry from a slightly raised elevation – the scene is expansive and wonderful. You can see the fine architecture in the buildings and the water is busy with boats. The card is postally used and canceled in july of 1912 with an rpo cancel. While overall the condition is good on this antique card, the white spot you see in the center of the card is a wear spot, still a great addition to a collection.
