bg144 I know very little about this postcard other than it seems an official souvenir of the campaign from the 1980s to ban plastic bullets or the CAPB (Campaign Against Plastic Bullets) reverse detailing how they campaigners want the firing of plastic bullets banned by police following deaths to children - this has some faults - it is very good - please allow some top border and small corners - please be aware otherwise great so overall vg minus - postally unused - this postcard is truly unique (has all about the campaign on reverse)
