1917 flags of seven victorious entente or allied powers from world war i color post card --- image of seven flags on spear-tipped flagpoles with the u.S. Flag highest and at front in center flying against a blue-white background --- for the rights of mankind at lower center --- 558 at lower right corner
Historical note: the flags in order from lower left to upper right are: the flag of russia (both czarist russia and the russian republic, but not the russian soviet federative socialist republic), the flag of japan, the flag of france (and french colonial empire) and the flag of belgium (and belgian colonial empire) at left.
The flag of the united states is at center followed by the red ensign of the united kingdom (the civil ensign of the u.K.), and the flag of the kingdom of italy (although this depiction of the flag is not quite accurate).

Chris eisele, south front street, philadelphia, pennsylvania --- stamp has straight edge at left --- diagonal creases at upper corners --- slight soiling --- trivial wear at edges and corners --- divided back;
Dark strip across bottom or sides is the plastic holder in the scan
