Have you tried right-clicking the feedback button and opening the item you want to leave feedback for in a new tab? Assuming that works, then after leaving feedback you could close that tab, taking you back to the 'Buying Reminders' page where you l…

Welcome aboard. I'm more concentrated on HipStamp myself, but do keep a few hundred cards for sale here. Sales have been sporadic, but enough to keep me satisfied. I have several thousand cards I could list, but my HipStamp and eBay endeavors leave …

If the postcard market is anything like the stamp market, the exact opposite is true. In stamps (where all the shows have been cancelled as well), the market hasn't been stronger in recent memory. Auction realizations are through the roof and my sal…

Bottom of the page...'Help, Contact us.'

I would suggest going to the bottom of the page and clicking on the 'Contact Us' button to open a ticket. Hip staff are pretty good at troubleshooting issues with you directly.

Some sellers lower the prices of their cards to make them seem more attractively priced and try to make it up on the S&H end. Its important to look at both sides of the equation before pulling the 'buy' trigger. Meanwhile, not all sellers play …

Terry - I have a bunch of used PPC's in my store and always show both sides of all cards. Have a look-see if you like: https://www.hippostcard.com/store/docgfd-postcards

Not all dealers work like this. Tooting my own horn, in my store, buyers pay $1 for P&H, regardless of whether he or she buys one card or twenty. https://www.hippostcard.com/store/docgfd-postcards

Your best bet is to scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on the 'Contact Us' button, and open up a ticket. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, responds quickly, and will be able to help you with what sounds like a technical issue.

Used post cards are 'postal history.' List these on HipStamp as well as here and it will help pick sales up a bit.
-
The number of views / watchers can be found at each individual listing...just scroll down a bit to find the (hard to see) gray boxes.

Just like Luree, I show both sides as well. I also list the name of the publisher and any ID numbers in my descriptions. Informed buyers are happy buyers... https://www.hippostcard.com/store/docgfd-postcards

Andrea - This is important enough that I suggest you open up a ticket via the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of the page. Are you sure this isn't a 'phishing' attempt?

https://www.hippostcard.com/store/red-rock-collectibles That's the url for their store. Find the pc you want, go to that listing page, and hit the 'Question' button at top right to make your offer. Since they don't have the 'make offer' option in t…

Click 'question' on one of their listing pages.

'Closed' will appear if an item has been either sold or ended by its seller (for whatever reason, unsold). It will remain on your Watch List' even though it is no longer available, https://www.hippostcard.com/store/docgfd-postcards

Over the years, both here and on eBay, I've found that there is a sub-set of buyers that simply just don't pay as quickly as we would prefer. In a perfect world, payment would immediately follow a purchase, but this world surely is far from perfect.…

Hi Tim - A similar issue was had by a buyer over at the HipStamp site. The link to the thread that includes a possible solution from the site Administrator, Mark, can be read therein. In the meantime, you should also open up a ticket by clicking on …

You've entered the Twilight Zone of Forums. As you've probably noticed, this place is dead, especially compared to its HipStamp counterpart. At any rate, what little I know I've picked up simply by looking at as many stores as possible and picking …

If after trying to message them thru this site and getting no response, if you paid with PayPal, the transaction page sometimes includes the seller's email address. If not, you can always open a case with PayPal which is a pretty good attention-gett…

Just last week I bought an HP Envy 5055 AIO machine after my old dinosaur of a 10-year-old Dell AIO finally went belly up. A friend of mine who is in the computer business recommended it to me, but I must admit, the small size and low price had me a…

OK, so its been a bit slow growing my store, so traffic has been a bit light as a result, but fwiw, I have over 300 used cards available, and my 'used' button works As a collector, I do like the idea of being able to see both sides of cards simult…

Beats me, and it does seem rather odd, but I guess each site has its own quirks and it takes time to figure out the navigation. I'm just a small seller here (more of a hobbyist than a dealer) and only accept PayPal as it seemed like an easy way for …

The best suggestion I have left is hitting the 'contact us' button at the bottom of this page and opening up a ticket. The staff are pretty good at responding to these promptly as opposed to this message board which, as you can see, is really slow.
-
Are you sure that your seller accepts credit cards? Not all do, and this may be the issue.
-
Tom - It would take hours to reproduce the thread about this subject that is on the HipStamps site, so I suggest you take a ride there to check it out. You'll find that Mark found us a Stamps.com site that is heavily discounted compared to the USPS …

PS: To open a ticket, just click on the 'Contact Us' conveniently located at the bottom of this page.

Welcome aboard. I'm unable to help you directly but do have a suggestion. Unlike the HipStamp forum that is fairly active, the forum here is mighty slow, although Mark does pop in regularly and will eventually spot your post and provide assistance. …

As a seller, I don't do promotions primarily because I don't have the energy to try to keep track of changing prices. What I do instead is try to make sure my postcards are priced on the low end (if not the lowest) compared to the same cards being o…
