When I try to drag and drop images to upload I get "Unable to connect to backend, HTTP Error 413" I am drag and dropping 1360 images. Tom

500 seems to be the limit.
-
This morning I tried smaller groups, 1000 did not work, 500 did not work, finally 300 worked. Has there been a change to the limits?
-
Ok, I read previous posts and since I have private IDs I should just be able to send the upload with the updated photo names and it should update them.
-
OK, I figured out my mistake, now I need to delete the old listings before I send the updated ones up. Any suggestions?
-
Send me an e-mail address if you want the rest.
-
Hmm it is not letting me add any more images.
-
Now is where it gets a bit involved. To create the proper files names I have to create two files names, one for the front and one for the back. This a really quick way to do that.
-
I add a Category column and fill it with zeros "0". HipPostcard will assign each listing a category based on its description. Change the "eBay Condition Description" to just "Description" and Hip will import it as your description.

This is what the file should look like when you open it.

This the export screen and the options you should select.

This is what my image folder looks like. I have a separate image of both the front of the back of each card, The front is has an a and the back has a b int he file name.
-
Here I have selected the items that I want to export. Not that I have a unique vale int he SKU field.

I just finished the tutorial. It is a lot more complicated once I tried to explain it to some one else. I am assuming that you have some basic knowledge of Excel. if you have questions please feel free to ask. So here we go.

Debbie, I am working ont he tutorial. I should have it done later this weekend. I am creating lots of screen shots trying to make my method easy to understand.

I am out of town right now. I can send you some screenshots when I get home. How do you number your photos? If you apply a SKU to each item, it makes it a easy if you number the pictures with the same number. Like I said, I'll send you some scree…

I Export my new cards into an Excel sheet, then clean them up (add categories and remove code) dump them to a text CSV and import them into HipPostcard. I can export / import 200 - 600 cards in an hour or two of work. Most of that I spend on making s…

I figured it out, It does like images that are 12MB. I forgot to change the macro when I bought a new scanner. It is working better now that I resized the images to less that 4MB.

Thank you.

George, thank you for the heads up. That was a very interesting read. I already have Stamps.com so I will be using their services. It looks like I will need to install an updated version of their software to get it working. So it looks like inter…

I checked it out and it is pretty simple. I am surprised I didn't spot it sooner.
-
Thanks Mark, I will give until later Saturday and then I will do that. Are you considering a simple one button solution to cancel a sale that was not completed?
-
Ok, I was not sure if that would send a notification to the customer. Thanks
-
I have a customer who made an offer I accepted. He has not paid or replied to my messages. How do I cancel the transaction.
-
There are still two listings that at showing as not shipped.
-
It already seems to be fixed.
-
Thanks Mark. I will check on it.
-
I would like to offer free shipping on the order if the customer adds a pack of BCW postcard sleeves (06280) to his order. How would I do that. Thanks Mark.
-
Mark, Justin helped me work this out. Thank you for the reply.

This is a post card that sold for over $300. I did a bunch of research about the Photographer, Fred Olsen, and his story is as interesting as the postcard. He was a Photographer around Fort Berthold N.D. Back side I can not delete the extra i…
