I would like to omit feedback on items that weren't shipped, and submit feedback on the received items. I am able to do so on Hipstamp, but I'm not able to figure out how here. Any ideas?

I think the seller is not receiving the Pre-Approval requests sent. However they are receiving private messages. I'm not sure why the requests don't get to him. My messages sent; show the requests have been sent. That's what I get for sleeping …
