Problems with "Generation-postcards" - by aware of buying from them

I made two purchases from "Generation-postcards" which never arrived, I began messaging, no replies. Then they updated the shipping date...I waited another two weeks and nothing. It makes me think the strategy might be to update the shipping date at just the right moment so that you have renewed hope it will arrive and miss the feedback window.

I am reluctant to use HipPostcard now as well after having two situations like this. Better other platforms with recourses to get your money back if your item doesn't arrive.
