There does not seem to be way to contact Hipstamp. Their mailbox is under maintenance. No phone # contact. Seems like they have totally gone underground.
Have you tried going to the main page and clicking on the blue 'Need Help?' button at bottom right? Once you click that, at the bottom of the menu there is a 'send us a message button.'
